11 Mrs. Elvira J. Artillo, the school principal conducted a meeting on Monday, June 24, 2019 at
12 3:30 p.m.

14 The meeting was held at Buenavista Central Elementary School Learning Center.
15 Staff present: 48
16 Staff absent: 3
17 48 members were present, representing a quorum.

19 The meeting started officially at 3:30 p.m. with Mrs. Susan Alejandria, Grade V Adviser leading
20 the opening prayer.

22 A. Call to Order
23 School Principal, Mrs. Elvira J. Artillo called the meeting to order at 3:35 p.m.

25 B. Roll Call
26 The staff president, Mr. Vincent L. Busalla called to role.

28 C. Approval of Agenda
29 Mrs. Elvira J. Artillo, the school principal wrote the agenda on the board. Mr. Janus A.
30 Montillano amended the agenda which was seconded by Mr. Jerry C. Bonachita. All the
31 members were in favor of the said agenda.

33 D. Submission of Nutritional Status
34 The deadline of the submission is within the week (June 24-28, 2019).

36 E. School-Based Immunization
37 June 25, 2019 is the schedule of the said activity. The advisers must produce a one whole
38 parents’ consent to be used whole year round.

40 F. National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Contest
41 July 5, 2019 at 8:00 A.M. is the tentative schedule of the activity to be held at the Provincial
42 Capitol Gym, Butuan City. The following are the scheduled activities with the teacher in charge:

44 Jingle Contest- c/o Mr. Joven Lanaja
45 Poster Making-c/o Mr. Jerry Bonachita
46 Essay- Mrs.NiechelB. David
47 Quiz Bee- Mr. Narciso J. Abao
48 Video Clip- Mr. Wilfredo B. Caylas (July 18, 2019 is the submission and on the 23rd of
49 the same month and year is the final judging of the entries submitted).

51 G. Submission of the List of Homeroom PTA and Classroom Officers
52 The deadline of the submission is on the 25th of June so that the school can schedule a General
53 PTA meeting to elect new sets of officers for school year 2019-2020.

55 H. List of Pupils without NSO/PSA
56 The deadline of the submission is on the 28th day of June 2019 to be passed at the office of the
57 principal. It is also discussed in the meeting that there is a free registration (Libre Parehistro)
58 during the Araw ng Buenavista.

60 I. Re-orientation of 4P’s Guidelines/Forms to be submitted
61 On the 28th day of June, the office of the DSWD will conduct a re-orientation of teachers about
62 the 4Ps guidelines and how to make reports/fill-in CV forms and others with regards to the
63 performance of 4Ps beneficiaries because it is found out that in the school year end report,
64 there is no drop-out but in reality a 4Ps recipient on the 4th grade dropped from schooling during
65 that school year. Therefore, there is no consistency of the report given.

67 J. New 4Ps Coordinator
68 The new school 4Ps coordinator is Mr. Vincent Busalla.

70 K. MANCOM
71 June 27, 2019 is the MANCOM to be held at Balanghai Hotel, Doongan, Butuan City. Due to the
72 absence of the principal on that day, Mr. Narciso J. Abao is the Officer in charge (OIC)

74 L. Absence of Teachers
75 If ever the class adviser is absent, classes will go on. Implementing teachers will handle the
76 class for the period of absence of the teacher.

78 M. Tourism
79 The new school coordinator of tourism is Mrs. Edda M. Mancia since she is an Araling
80 Panlipunan Teacher in altercation of Mrs. Evelyn Caspe. All lesson plans with tourism
81 integration will be submitted to the coordinator for compilation. Every end of the month, there is
82 a Quiz Bee about the town of Agusan del Norte and its tourist destinations and landmarks.

84 N. Inauguration of Hon. Norbert B. Pagaspas
85 June 30, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. is the inauguration of the newly elected officials of Buenavista to
86 be held at J.P. Satore Gymnasium, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte. Every grade level must have
87 three representatives to attend the said event. If nobody will volunteer, the grade level
88 coordinator will draw the names of teachers to attend.

90 O. Participation to the Town Fiesta
91 Buenavista SPED ES is the in-charge of the candidate during the Mr. and Ms. Buenavista 2019.
92 It is also agreed during the principals and supervisor’s meeting that teachers who will celebrate
93 fiesta “Maghanda sa Fiesta” will file sick leave charge to service credits for fairness to the other
94 teachers who are present. Classes will go on also on that day. No announcement of “No
95 Classes”.

98 With no further business to come, the meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
