whose service they are comfortable with.
o issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its
network of bus operators;
o The bus operator’s bus seats, etc., not being up to the customer’s expectation;
o The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator
to find out the exact boarding point if You are not a regular traveller on that
particular bus or route);
o The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at
the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings.
However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the
ticket.
Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
o A copy of the ticket (a printout of the ticket or the printout of the ticket e
mail).
o Change of bus: In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some
reason, Paytm will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being
intimated by the customers within 24 hours of the journey.
o Cancellation charges are calculated on the actual fare of the ticket. If any
discount coupons are used while purchasing the ticket, the discounted value
would be used to calculate the refund amount when a ticket is cancelled.
o In case a booking confirmation e mail and SMS gets delayed or fails because
of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect e mail ID/phone number
provided by the user, etc., a ticket will be considered ‘booked’ as long as the
ticket shows up on the confirmation page of the Paytm Platform.
Paytm is not responsible for any kind of journey inconvenience, injury or death,
caused during the journey or flowing from the journey.
For any issues relating to cancellation or refund, the passenger may contact Paytm
within 15 days of date of travel, beyond which period request would not be processed.

PayTm is an ecommerce website that offers India’s largest mobile payment service
platform. It’s called “PayTm Wallet” and it has over 40 million users. This wallet has gained
a lot of popularity because it’s convenient, easy to use and offers excellent amount of
satisfaction to its users.

list for 7 reasons why PayTm wallet is simply the best.
1. Varied Options: You can use the PayTm wallet for a number of things such as bill

pay bills or recharge when you are on the move. If you don’t have internet access, they
also allow you to pay via an SMS on 09880001234 or a call on 1800-1800-1234.One call
and you are saved from the hassle of the consequences of not paying a bill on time.

Metro. By using this option, the fare of the travel would be automatically deducted from
your PayTm balance. It will save you from frequently recharging a Metro card.

customers to use their debit card to top up their PayTm wallet. You can do it just by
walking into any one of over 1,800 ATMs across the country. They plan to tie up with
many other banks too
1.Slow Server
Sometimes users find the Paytm server to be slow. Although the company is growing
fast and improving its facilities, a lot needs to be done to tackle the growing number of users.
2. Customer Support
There are still complaints about the customer support services of Paytm. The revert
time is quite long, and that annoys the users.
Overall, these were the major advantages and disadvantages of Paytm app; you can
experience its amazing features by installing in on your smartphone.
Looking at the massive number, can you imagine the number of opportunities we are
looking at, in terms of digital apps and payment apps? Experts suggest that the mCommerce
market in India is still in a nascent stage. However, mobile payments and mobile banking
have shown tremendous growth potential over the past few years. Online recharge has
become one of the most preferred options for the young Indian consumer bed. If anything can
be done on the go, it is sure to grab eyeballs. Speaking about digital payments, the recharge
market is growing at a fast pace as people prefer to recharge at their fingertips rather than
visiting a shop for a bill recharge. I’ll share a situation, I faced couple of days back. Mumbai
was hit by heavy rains on Thursday and Friday, disrupting transport, local commuting and
business on a big note. Being an avid blogger & a social media leech, I was somewhat left
paralyzed, not being able to recharge my internet pack as the stores were shut down. These
are the situations when apps like Paytm, Freecharge and Mobikwik step in. The payments and
refills can also sbe achieved by various means like internet banking or Debit Card or bank
card. There are many websites these days that also have integrated eCommerce into the
process to grow in the industry and carve out a niche for themselves. These websites/apps
also offer Recharge Coupons for reductions, Cashbacks and plenty of offers for the
customers. There are more than a few mobile Recharge sites that provides safe recharge on
the go. Have a glance at the top 3 digital recharge options in India.
Paytm
Paytm has become synonymous with quick recharge. The company has made
tremendous progress since its inception in the year 2009. A brainchild of Vijay Shekhar
Sharma, offers Online Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, Electricity Bills, Data cards,
Landline Bills, Gas Bills, Add Money to Paytm Wallet, Send Money to Friends, Bus Tickets,
Coupons and more. Paytm’s mobile application is available on Android, IOS & Windows to
satiate your need of on the go payments.
Freecharge
Tere Papa ka naam Bambani hai, Ambani nahi. Other than dishing out those
amazingly humorous ads, this Mumbai based company founded by Kunal Shah has
successfully made it to the top league. The company was recently acquired by Snapdeal.
Starting as an online platform for recharge and bill payments, it soon followed the path of
mobile first strategy with its app for Android, iOS and Windows smartphones. Its motive is to
provide an easy platform to recharge mobiles prepaid, postpaid, data cards while shelling out
discount coupons for online shopping, restaurants, to make the overall recharge, free. And,
they have been achieving it with utmost precision. The platform also provides a credit wallet
to add cash along with turbo recharge experience.
MobiKwik
The slogan says “Mobile Wallet for Every Indian. Easiest way to Pay.” It started as a
wallet and has now moved into a recharge portal. Mobikwik allows you to add money from
your Debit Card, Credit Card Internet Banking and also through Cash Pay, a door step cash
collection service. It is a semi closed wallet authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. They
have tied up with various online websites like eBay, Bookmyshow, Dominos, Shopclues etc.
With affordability of smartphones set to drive the overall affordability of mobile broadband
in India, the scope of growth for digital payment will continue to witness an upswing in
coming years. The global Ericsson Mobility Report also stated that India added the most net
mobile subscribers in the first quarter this year at 26 million. These stats surely suggest that
digital payment segment is set to become the next big thing in India.
Finally! there is a good news for Paytm Merchants thanks to the QR Code. Now the
merchants can get the Paytm payments to their bank account without any charges. The Paytm
has quietly done away with the bank account transfer charge for merchants. You would
know that there had been a bank account trasnfer charge. But due to the competition, the
Paytm was forced to make it 0% for the mechants. Now, it has made it more convenient.
What is New
The new Paytm QR code gives you the opportunity to directly credit all the payments
to your bank account. It means, there would not be a Paytm wallet in between. Thus, you are
not required to make any effort for the fund transfer from the bank account. This direct fund
transfer has become possible because of the UPI. The UPI is payment system to transfer
money from from one bank account to another bank account. It is an instant service and does
not charge any fees.
For direct bank account transfer, the merchants have to use the same QR code. You
may have been using the QR code to take payment at your shop. But there would be a change
for the customers. When a customer would scan the QR code of the merchant, it would see
three options for payment. These options would be Paytm Wallet, UPI or Debit/credit cards.
The customer can choose any of the options. The money would directly go to the bank
account of the merchant. You would know that UPI and Cards directly debit money from
your account. If you choose any of these two options, you are not required to transfer money
to the Paytm Wallet.
