    Mob Scene is looking for a talented and experienced Music Coordinator to join our team. This individual will report
    to the Director of Music Supervision and work closely with many different departments. Candidates should be
    highly organized and have great attention to detail, being skilled communicators who can remain calm under
    pressure. They should work well with others and maintain a constant level of professionalism. Ideally, we're looking
    for someone with a desire to learn what it takes to become a music supervisor, an obsession with music, a sense of
    humor, and an ability to take direction and follow instructions.

    Requirements

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Create and update cue sheets


    Maintain working relationships with studios' music, legal, and clearance teams
    Keep all projects up to date with cleared assets - both music and sound design, including giving notice to
    producers and editors
    Update and maintain internal department music library and server
    Curate and update new releases playlist
    Keep contacts with music libraries, publishers, and labels up to date
    Represent Mob Scene's Music Department at industry events and showcases
    Coordinate calendars for meetings with music creative staff
    Multi-task and coordinate multiple projects

    SKILLS
    &
    EXPERIENCE

    Experience with cue sheets and rights reporting


    Working knowledge of music and how it's made
    Able to craft professional and well-written emails
    Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Numbers, etc.
    Experience with Adobe Premiere a plus
    Experience with Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, Source Audio
    At least a year of experience in music coordination
