construction industry, under the supervision of a Filipino expert in the said business. It
provides excellent services through its experienced workforce in the construction of
buildings, roads and bridges came from long time industry.

Jalmi construction and supply was registered as Single Proprietorship with license
Engineers and Architects. The continuous increase in its customer base and annual
reports are testaments of Jalmi’s desire to provide quality service. Furthermore, is
committed to fast action and servicing of client requirements carried out by customer-
oriented staff, It carries a wide range of construction services, construction materials
and Industrial materials. The Jalmi Construction and Supply has been in the business
of construction for almost 15 years, formerly JDM Construction. Most of its projects are

SELF FLOW

Mastercoat Grout Self Flow is a non-shrink self-leveling, pre-mixed cementitious grouting mortar.
It is design to undergo controlled expansion in the plastic state, ensures positive contact and load
transfer in structural grouting applications. A pre-packed blend of selected cement graded silica sand
and compatible admixture, requiring the addition of water to produce a high strength grout with
excellent flow ability.

USES

For grouting of precast wall panels, In-fill for cavity block walls, underneath machine foundations,
rail beds, columns in precast construction, anchor bolts, bridge bearings, gaps, also suitable for
repairing minor flaws in concrete structures.

SPECIAL PROPERTIES

High early strength and low permeability, Non-shrink, Positive expansion to ensure effective
contact and support, Excellent flow ability, Durable, Non metallic, Chloride and iron free, Ready to
use, Impact and vibration resistant.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be free from oil, grease and dust. Loose contaminants and unsound concrete must
be remove. Metal surfaces should be free from scale or rust. Holes and depressions must
be cleaned with compress air to removed loose particles.

FORMWORK

Ensure that formwork should be constructed to be leak proof. After cleaning, saturate the
substrates with clean water prior to applying Mastercoat Grout .

Water addition rate per 25 kg bag

Trowellable Consistency 3.50 liters

Flowable Consistency 4.50 liters

MIXING

A mechanical speed drill with a mixing paddle should be use for mixing Mastercoat Grout.
Measure the appropriate amount of water (see table above) Into the mixer. Slowly add the complete
bag of Mastercoat Grout powder. Mix continuously for 3 minutes to a smooth even consistency.

APPLICATION

Pour the mixed grout after mixing to gain benefit of the expansion process. Ensure that air
entrained into the grout is allowed to escape. When carrying out baseplate grouting, ensure
sufficient head of pressure is maintained to keep mortar flow uninterrupted. Make sure that the
necessary formwork is firmly in place watertight.

Safety:

Mastercoat Grout Self Flow is non hazardous but it is alkaline in nature. It contains cement,
as with any cementitious material, avoid prolonged skin contact.

 CEMENTITIOUS SKIMCOATING
COMPOUND SUPERFINE

Mastercoat Super Fine is a pre-mixed cement based material with homogeneously

mixed of graded fine sand and compatible special additives recommended for
thin plastering applications up to 2mm in thickness.

USES

Use to covers pinholes and corrects imperfections and other surface unevenness on
concrete walls, columns, beams and ceilings. Mastercoat Superfine is suitable for
both internal and external applications.

SPECIAL PROPERTIES

Excellent adhesion, smoothability and workability. Durable and compatible with

most masonry paints. Non-sag and Non-toxic. Ready to use and No need for acid
treatment.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The concrete surface must be structurally sound, clean and free from loose
concrete, dirt, paints, oils and other traces of chemical contaminants .

MIXING

Mix Mastercoat Superfine in any non-absorbent mixing container. Mix by hand or a

mechanical mixing device. A slow speed drill with a mixing paddle is
recommended. Mix with enough water to the desired paste approximately 7- 8 liters
of water for one (1) bag of Mastercoat Superfine. Mix thoroughly to 2–3 minutes until
lump free consistency is achieved. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes. Mix again
briefly and Mastercoat Superfine is now ready to use.
