b) Balance advance amount of 20% of total cost (including amenities) payable within 21 days from the date of booking.
c) Balance amount of 80% shall be payable in installments ( Linked to the Workprogress) given in the payment schedule of the cost sheet.
Payment Terms
d) Registration after receipt of 100% payment.
e) We accept payment by way of A/c Payee (Local) Cheques/DDs/Pay Orders only to be drawn in favour of
"Aparna Infrahousing Pvt. Ltd".
f) Charges for realization of out station cheques will be charged to and shall be debited & recovered from the purchaser's account.
a) In case the allottee intends to cancel / withdraw from the allotment, the Allotter has the right to forfiete the advance amount as per the
terms of RERA.
b) In case the allottee intends to cancel / withdraw from the booking after making 20% advance, refund of advance shall be after finding an
alternative buyer / customer for the said booking and such refund is subject to deduction of cancellation charges as per the rules and
regulations of RERA.
c) Transfer of ownership to a third party before registration is not allowed until 90% of project sales are completed. If the purchaser intends to
* Terms & Conditions transfer the booking after the sale of 90% of the project, the purchaser shall pay an amount of Rs.500,000/- towards transfer charges.

f) Project Completion : Completion of Phase-I (Blocks-A, B, C, D, L & M) will be by 31-March-2021 ( with a grace period of 6 months i.e. 30-
September-2021).Completion of Phase-II (Blocks-E, F, G, H, I, J & K) will be by 31-December-2021( with a grace period of 6 months i.e. 30-June-
2022)
