AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS, PARTICIPATION AND INTERESTS
I, BERNABE MADRONES ACOSTA married to FLORENTINA L.

MONTESER of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Barangay Meocan
Arakan, North Cotabato, Philippines after having been duly sworn to
accordance with law hereby depose and say;
1. That I am one of the surviving heirs of SPOUSES PURIFICACION MADRONES

and PEDRO ACOSTA;
2. That PURIFICACION MADRONES died on April 12, 2009 and PEDRO ACOSTA
died on March 16, 2018;
3. That during the life time of SPOUSES PURIFICION MADRONES and PEDRO
ACOSTA, they owned parcels of land particularly described as follows:
