This User’s Manual provides the information necessary for the user to effectively use the automated information system.
This PARDO/SARDO e-tracking tool, customized and enhanced by the Division ICT Coordinators of DepEd Region VI, is an ele
version of the tracking tool designed to improve the gathering of information that will identify pupils/students at risk of droppin
school at all levels. This tool intends to provide relevant and accurate information to school heads, teacher advisers, school guid
counselors, and other stakeholders about pupils/students who are at risk of dropping out.

A. General Information
1. Grade – choose from the drop down menu
2. Section – type manually
3. School Year – type manually
4. Name of Teacher – type manually
5. School ID- type manually (School Name, District, Division and Region will automatically display)
6. Date filed – type the current date (the date when the form was accomplished)
7. LRN – Number will automatically display as soon as LRN and Name of Pupils (typed manually in appropriate box).
8. Gender (chosen from the drop down menu or filled manually) are filled in appropriate box.
8. Age will automatically display when date of birth of each pupil is entered manually in appropriate box. Age is the actual ag
pupil as of the encoding date.
