    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to apply for a Schengen visa upon my intention to travel to Germany for three weeks
    from mid July to mid September of 2019(depending on availability of cheap and best flight
    options).

    The main purpose of my travel is to visit my German friend. However, I look very forward to also
    visit the magnificent sights throughout Germany and Schengen members, as well as experience the
    famous German food. During my stay, my friend will plan our visit to neighbour Schengen
    countries. I have always wanted to travel and see the world and this is my very first step towards
    completing my desire.

    I am employed at my father’s family business(SK Electronics) and hence cannot provide any
    payslip of any kind as I don’t exactly get any fixed salary in any fixed time period. I do odd jobs for
    my business like designing PCB, delivering products or collecting payments. I sincerely hope you
    understand what I am trying to say here. I also don’t own any property of any sort. In very simple
    words, I am just a guy travelling on my parent’s expenses.

    I assure you that I will not overstay my visa duration as my father runs a local business which he
    absolutely cannot handle alone in long term. Besides that, I have my family, friends here which I
    cannot leave behind. I also don’t know German language and culture. In addition, my saving
    account would tell you that I can only afford a small stay anyways.

    Please, find the following documents to support my visa application:

    1.  Visa application form and declaration letter, duly dated and signed with attached passport-
    size pictures

    2. Passport with 2 photo copies

    3. Travel Insurance

    4. E-ticket itinerary(NOT Confirmed Tickets) for my flight via India Gandhi Airport for New
    Delhi  – Munich – New Delhi [July 15-August 15, 2019]

    5. ITR and Savings Account statement as proof of my income

    6. Invitee’s passport, utility bill and Marriage Licence.

    7. Invitation letter from friend- CUM-proof of accommodation.

    8. Photocopy of Adhaar Card (UID, National ID)


    9. PhotoCopy of Driver’s Licence.

    Planned Itinerary:

    Day 1- Day 3: we’ll stay at home and spend time with friend’s family.

    Day 4- Day 5: Camping outside village.



    Day 6- Day 7: We will visit friend’s workplace, farms and animals.

    Day 8: Visit Switzerland.

    Day 9: Visit Austria .

    Day 10 - Day 13: Visit France, Czech Republic and other places.

    Day 14-Day 18: Stay at the holiday house of a friend of friend.

    Day 19-Day 20/21: we’ll once again stay at friend’s home, get relaxed.
