    CANCELLATION AND/OR REVOCATION

    OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


    I, ROSEMARIE P. CARPIO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen with
    postal address at #124 Ma Tau Wai Road, 3rd floor Block B, Hunghom,
    Kowloon, H.K, do by virtue of these presents witnessed:
    WHEREAS, a SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY was executed by
    ROSEMARIE P. CARPIO and HAROLD JACK B. ESTEBAN dated 17 March
    2019.
    WHEREAS, the aforesaid SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY authorized
    CAYETANA S. LINES to act as his legal representative, to sell, transfer and
    represent where his signature and presence is required in relation to a
    property particularly identified as BLOCK 43, LOT 2 CAMBRIDGE PLACE
    BATANGAS SUBDIVISION Phase 1 with an area of 228 square meters
    situated in Tanuan City;
    WHEREAS, in so far as ROSEMARIE P. CARPIO is concern, the
    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY which was executed dated 17 March 2019
    by the above named parties is hereby REVOKED, CANCELLED and/or
    RESCINDED effective immediately thereby REVOKING, CANCELLING
    and/or RESCINDING the authority of CAYETANA S. LINES to represent in
    behalf of ROSEMARIE P. CARPIO in any undertaking;
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby sign this Deed of Cancellation
    and/or Revocation of Special Power of Attorney this 8th day of August 2019
    at San Juan City, Metro Manila Philippines
