    What is Deep Cleaning ?

    Deep cleaning is an intensive cleaning and disinfection of all


    those critical areas which are missed out in a daily cleaning
    schedule. Our proprietary cleaning process ensures we
    disinfect, sanitize and create a dust-free environment in each
    and every corner of your home or office. We make sure your
    place is 5-star clean!

    equipment do we use?

    We use 30+ types of equipment to clean an entire premises.


    Our equipment range includes various cleaning agents,
    vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, scrubbing machines, Jet
    Mmachines and other cleaning essentials.

    What happens if something


    breaks while cleaning?

    Our personnel are trained to handle fragile items with care.


    However, to avoid such mishaps, we advice you to inform our
    team in advance about such areas in your home. If a
    breakage does happen, our Customer Service team will assess
    the damage and resolve the matter accordingly.

    FAQ

    When will I be charged?

    When you book online or via phone, we ask for advance to


    hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until
    we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up to our
    packages , you will be charged as per actual. There by you can
    avail services which are covered in the particular package.

    How many hours is a typical


    cleaning service?

    There is no set amount of time - it all depends on the current


    condition of your home. To get a good approximation, take
    the number of bedrooms in your home and make that into
    hours. E.g. 2 bedrooms = 2 hours.

    What is your cancellation


    policy?

    We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The


    only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule
    you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within
    48 hours there is a �350/- fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the
    appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with
    the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be
    charged.
