    CALL LETTER FOR INTERVIEW

    With reference to your application for the captioned post, we have pleasure in informing you that you
    have been shortlisted for personal interview. You are requested to appear for a personal interview at the
    under noted venue on the date and time mentioned below:-

    2. Please note that this call letter for personal interview does not constitute an offer of
    appointment. Your being called for the interview per se does not imply that your eligibility for the
    position is accepted by the Bank. Before coming for the interview, please ensure that you fulfill
    requisite eligibility criteria as mentioned in our advertisement no. CRPD/SCO-WEALTH/2019-20/06.
    In case you are not able to produce original documents, supporting your eligibility, at the time of
    interview, you will neither be allowed to appear for the Interview nor be reimbursed any travelling
    expenses etc.

    3. You are requested to fill the bio-data cum attestation form, a copy of which is available on
    Bank’s website i.e. https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers . The original of the
    duly filled bio-data form along with its photocopies may please be brought along at the time
    of interview. Please paste the same photograph which has been uploaded at the time of
    online registration duly signed by you on each bio-data form.

    4. While appearing for the personal interview, please bring with you the following Original
    certificates for our verification along with one set of self-attested photocopies thereof:-
    a. Identity proof.

    b. Proof of age (10th or 12th Pass mark sheet /certificate indicating date of birth).

    c. Certificates and Mark sheets of educational qualifications as per above advertisement.

    d. Experience certificate(s) as per advertisement (Certificate must contain Date of Joining, Date of
    release, Post held and work performed on the Company/ Institution letter head)

    e. Originals of all other certificates mentioned by you while registering your application.
    (English version/translation of those certificates, which are in vernacular language)
    f. Hard copy of this Call letter.
    g. Brief Resume (6 copies)
    h. Bio data forms (6 copies) as detailed in para (3) above.

    5. Persons in the service of Government/ Public Sector Banks/ Undertakings, have to submit a
    “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of appearing for the interview.

    6. Candidates must note that the name as appearing on the application form (provided during
    online registration) should exactly match the name as appearing on the photo identity proof. If there
    is any mismatch between the name indicated in the application form and Photo Identity Proof, the
    candidate will not be allowed to appear in the Interview. Candidates who have changed their name
    will be allowed for interview only if they produce Gazette notification/ affidavit/ marriage certificate in
    this regard.

    7. Outstation candidates will be reimbursed Train Fare (III Tier AC – Mail/Express only) or actual
    expenses travelled by other modes (whichever is less) by the shortest route in India from the place
    of residence (i.e. address furnished in the application) to the place of interview and back. Please
    note that no travelling expenses will be reimbursed unless photo-copies of tickets and originals are
    produced for verification and record. The candidate who is in service, need to produce an
    undertaking to the effect that he/ she has not claimed travelling expenses from his/ her employer
    under HTC/ LFC or any other facility for his/ her visit. Local conveyance (at home/ interview place)
    will not be reimbursed.

    8. In case at any stage of selection, or even after appointment, it comes to the Bank’s notice that a
    candidate did not possess the requisite qualification or does not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the
    captioned post as given in the advertisement No. CRPD/SCO-WEALTH/2019-20/06 his/ her
    candidature will be liable to be rejected. Further, in case it is noticed that candidate has furnished
    any incorrect/ false information or suppressed any material fact(s), his/ her candidature will stand
    cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after appointment, his/ her services are
    liable to be terminated.

    9. Requests for rescheduling the Interview date will not be entertained. The Bank will not be
    responsible for any delay caused by transport services etc.
