The Administrator has all the privileges to do any thing in the project. To Add New Properties,
Zones, Localities, Property Costs, etc…
The Registered user has to go for Property Valuation and he has option for to save all his properties
Under the Portfolio Management. Then he has option to go up to date value for all his properties.
The Guest has option to view general valuation for his properties but not the detailed valuation.
Project Description:
This is an innovative and talented web-based application. This application involves sending
bulk text messages from computer to mobile phones. This project has been designed in MVC
architecture having 4 modules.

This is fully capable to save and manage the client’s customer’s contacts in GroupWise and to
send personalized and professional messages to individual or group of people at a time. Our mass

Project Description:
Odyssey II is an application that deals with life cycle of a Ride (Reservation). It consists several
modules. The main modules are Table Maintenance, Reservations, Dispatch, Ride closeout,
Accounting and Reports.
Table Maintenance:
It deals with the database manipulations from a GUI.
Reservations:
This module deals with creating/updating the reservations.
Dispatch:
In this module the reservations will be assigned to the available chauffeurs.
Ride Closeout:
In this module the reservations completed are moved to Accounting.
Accounting:
This module mainly deals with the financial transactions.
Reports:
Several reports developed for checking availability of drivers, vehicles; to check the
Reservation, payment details…etc.
Responsibilities include supporting users for all the above modules and Testing.

Command Medical Information System (CMIS) is an Information Management Program used by
the Command Medical Office, HQ, Eastern Naval Command, Visakhapatnam. This system would help
to automate the administrative dataflow and preparation of various reports. This is an integrated
web application with centralized database.
CMIS is using a package that consists four of distinct modules known as Medical Officers
Administration, Medical Category Details of Naval Officers, Fund Management and Office
Administration.
