PART 2: (SUPERSETS)
1. SUPERSET 1 - Pushups to Dumbbell Lateral Raise - 3 Sets of 15-20 reps
2. SUPERSET 2 - Bent Over Dumbbell Row to Diamond Pushup - 3 Sets of 12-15 reps
3. SUPERSET 3 - Lat Pulldown to Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise - 3 Sets of 15-20 reps
4. SUPERSET 4 - Renegade Row to Dumbbell Curl & Press - 3 Sets of 12-15 reps
5. SUPERSET 5 - Barbell Curl & Press to Barbell Row - 3 Sets of 12-15 reps
PART 3: (ABS/CORE)
1. Dumbbell Alternating V Sit Ups - 3 Sets of 12-15 reps
2. Butterflies to Side To Side Sweeps - 3 Sets of 12-15 reps
