    Good day!

    This is in connection with JUAN D. GO’s application with Tax Declaration ARP No. R-97-16027-

    01014, Lot No. 19 with an area of 296.38 sq.m. located at Bgy. San Juan Bautista, Goa,

    Camarines Sur., for issuance of zoning certificate which the office of the Zoning Administrator

    has DENIED based from the Municipal Zoning ordinance no. 195 s 2005, enacted: September 5,

    2005, - LGU Goa.

    However, kindly allow my modest self to elevate an appeal to your office, such judgment of the

    Local Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals (LZBAA), to be allowed to use the area as

    applied for and be considered for issuance of a corresponding Zoning Certificate, because the

    building has been built in 1984.

    Attached hereto is a photocopy of the decision of the Zoning Administrator for your ferosal.

    I am anticipating for a favorable action regarding this appeal.
