Customer would like to implement Zoho for their business. This will be delivered in
Phases, where the phases will allow their employees to continue to work on the system
and have new features delivered to them. These phases will be development cycles within
our system
Development Notes
Below are the notes from the discussion -
1) Project Management - Like project manager is able to decide the timeline of the
project and maintain the track on them. As timeline progress then through the
system procurement team will know which material they need then or what needs to
purchase when.
Project Manager can decide when and how much material they will need in project.
2) Procurement Module – What they have brought, from whom they have brought, at
what price they have negotiated at, how much stuff was used, how much was
wasted.
3) Company send PO to Vendors, Vendor will process the order and ships the material
to company.
4) Order can be delivered in parts, quarterly or all at one time.
5) Generating Challan, kept to Transporter, Recipient and Vendors.
6) When the vendor transport material to sites they give challans, so at that time the
user at site who receives the material can able to report at that time about the
material, can take photos of the challan at the site and upload through Mobile app.
7) Inventory Management – If project manager has ordered N quantity of a material

and Procurement then provided to site X unit of material then it should show N-X in
inventory.
8) The material that was delivered on the site, then show where was stuff used on site,
how much was used if possible.
9) Master Database Management – Maintain the database of the Materials, Project,

Inventory, Procurement, Vendors
