    Failure to pay:
    In the event the Borrower defaults on the repayment of this loan, or payment is more than 60
    days late, Lender reserves the right to demand payment in full. Should the Borrower be unable
    to make said repayment, Lender shall be entitled to claim the collateral secured under this
    agreement, as described above. Or if Borrower has not paid the full amount of the loan when
    the final payment is due, the Lender will charge Borrower interest on the unpaid balance at

    If this note is placed with a legal representative for collection, then Borrower will be responsible
    for all of Lender’s attorney’s fees and any Court costs associated with enforcement of this
