JOB PROFILE : QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
 Quality Assurance of raw material & machining component of process equipment & machinery
for Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Insecticides, Breweries & Diary equip. like Reaction vessel,
Storage Tank , Heat exchanger, Distillation Column, Conveyor,Industrial Blenders(Ribbon
blender Double ,cone Blender), Tray dryer & filters(Nutsche & cartridge filter) with electrical
panel, pump & valve etc. as per standard code of design& manufacturing(ASME,TEMA,IS )etc.
 Making Quality Assurance plan of equipment/machinery & structure work.
 Responsible for ensuring adherence to QAP in Inward , In process and Final Inspection.
 To liaison during visit of TPIA & ensure that inspection are offered as per QAP and customer
specification ad same is conducted to satisfaction of TPIA and ensure receipt of release note from
TPIA.
 Ensure that the calibrated Instruments are used during inspection.
 Maintain record of MTC, Calibration & other bought out items.
 Attending Final Inspection by Client /Third Party Inspection by providing document support as
 Per approved QAP.
