    Dear distributors,

    Please refer to Leadership #276 issued on 15th August 2018, wherein we had brought to
    your attention and notice the various steps that Amway had taken to curb the unau-
    thorized sales, including letters to various e-commerce platforms requesting them to
    stop offering Amway products through their online platforms.

    Thereafter, through Leadership# 293 issued on 01st September 2018, we had informed
    you regarding the restrictions placed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on one of the
    E-commerce players website (1mg.com and the mobile app 1mg) from selling Amway
    Products through their platforms.

    In continuation of our ongoing efforts to check online sales, immediately after complet-


    ing the inspections at the office of 1mg technologies (operating the website 1mg.com
    and the mobile app 1mg) and raiding the sellers using 1mg platform to sell Amway
    products, we filed a case before the Delhi High Court against Jasper Infotech (operators
    of the website www.snapdeal.com and the mobile app “Snapdeal”) on 10th September.

    On 14th September, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi directed that till the next date of
    hearing there should not be any sale of Amway range of products either through the
    website www.snapdeal.com and the mobile app “Snapdeal”. The Hon’ble High Court
    further directed Jasper Infotech (operators of the website www. Snapdeal.com and the
    mobile app Snapdeal) to approach Amway and seek written approval from Amway, and
    only after getting such approval Amway Products may be listed on ‘Snapdeal’ for sale.

    We received the order on 17th September and on 18th September the Court
    Appointed Commissioners and the Amway personnel as permitted by the High
    Court inspected the office of Snapdeal in Gurgaon and also their sellers spread
    across various locations in Delhi NCR Region.

    The injunction order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi was duly served on
    Jasper Infotech (operators of the website www.snapdeal.com and the mobile app
    “Snapdeal”) and the documents pertaining to Amway transactions and the list of
    sellers as directed to be provided by the High Court were provided to the Court
    appointed Commissioners.

    The sellers also were duly served with the Court Orders restraining them from
    selling Amway range of products and the stocks found were seized by the Court
    appointed Commissioners. The documents pertaining to Amway transactions as
    directed to be provided by the High Court were provided to the Court appointed
    Commissioners by the Sellers listed on the website www.snapdeal.com and the
    mobile app “Snapdeal”.
