1. How Support Project process will happen….???
Once production has been done in implementation project. When client end-users start working on sap suppose if client end-user has got any errors/ if they required any changes on implementation or service requests or any information then they will contact with SAP support. After implementing the SAP successfully for the client business requirement we have to provide the continuous support to the client for maintaining to the day to day business transactions. 2. What are the Supporting tools we are using….?? Service Now BMC Remedy Solution Manager Radix
3. What are the day to day activities we are using…..?
Issue resolution Provide assistance to the user for month end & year end activities. Configuring the new activities to the existing system as when required. Keep maintain documentations for all the changes done in the system. Provide process improvement suggestions.
