RESPONSIBILITIES:
·0 Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business
contacts.
·1 Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with
clients.
·2 Obtain new customers, book orders and maintain and support equipment
rental/sales/calibration/equipment asset management customers.
·3 Grow individual orders into accounts across TDS’s services line by calling current and
new customers to develop relationships to discover new opportunities.
·6 Cross selling all TDS resources and working with the department managers in this
respect.
·8 Proactively drive new rental, sales, calibration, and equipment asset management
opportunities.
·12 Ability to build rapport and relations with prospective customers and existing customers
is crucial.
·13 Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given
assignments.
·16 High energy, focused drive, positive attitude, and willingness to succeed are all traits
required in this position.
·17 Customer satisfaction and creative solutions are essential to this position.
