    Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

    2. JOB PURPOSE:
    This position works on Projects of the company. Main requirement of this position for smooth
    working on project billing and verifications. He is custodian of complete project / Projects IPC and
    its verification from Clients and Consultant.
    3. JOB DIMENSIONS:
    Quantity Surveyor
    Direct Reports: 2
    Asst. Quantity Surveyors
    Number of staff Supervised
    Total: 6

    4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Description
    1. Responsible for submission / verification of IPC claims and variations.
    2. Reconciliation of subcontractors and suppliers’ bills.
    3. Responsible to prepare and submit the interim payment certificate and to get it verified from
    consultant.
    4. Accountable for submission of IPC’s for verification to the client for payment process.
    5. Responsible to check the request /work done record on daily basis.
    6. Answerable for reconciliation of material. Actual vs. estimated and their submission on
    time.
    7. Answerable to update the report of reconciliation of material on daily basis.
    8. Responsible for preparation of daily measurement sheet to be implemented (format should
    be finalized for implementation).
    9. Preparation of measurement books for three buildings

    10. Responsible for material reconciliation


    11. Any other tasks assigned by the senior management/reporting incharge

    Rules:
    General rules of attendance are applicable.
    3 Day`s prior approval for leave is required.
    Can avail leave once a month.
    Annual increment will be affected on late arrivals from holidays.
