    Lands- Guntur District- Alienation of land to an extent of Ac.13.45 cents., in


    Sy.Nos.87, 98 etc., at Pitchukalapalem Village, Thulluru Mandal in favour of
    the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority
    (APCRDA) for construction of Capital City Development Project on free of cost,
    subject to certain conditions – Orders - Issued.

    Read the following:-

    1. From the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur, Lr.Rc.No.4245/


    2015/Pitchukalapalem/E1, dated :20.04.2018.
    2. From the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special
    Chief Secretary, Gollapudi, Vijayawada, Lr.No.Assn-I(1)/449/2018,
    dated :25.05.2018.

    ORDER:

    The District Collector, Guntur in his letter 1st read above has
    submitted proposal for alienation of land to an extent of Ac.13.45 cents., in
    Sy.Nos.87, 98 etc., at Pitchukalapalem Village, Thulluru Mandal Guntur
    District classified as Tank and Vagu Poramboke in favour of the Commissioner,
    Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) for
    construction of Capital City Development Project on free of cost.

    2. The Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land


    Administration, Vijayawada in his letter 2nd read above, has stated that the
    proposal of the Collector, Guntur has been placed before the Andhra Pradesh
    Land Management Authority in its meeting held on 21.05.2018 and the APLMA
    resolved to recommend to Government for alienation of land to an extent of
    Ac.13.45 cents., in Sy.Nos.87, 98 etc., at Pitchukalapalem Village, Thulluru
    Mandal Guntur District classified as Tank and Vagu Poramboke in favour of
    the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority
    (APCRDA) for construction of Capital City Development Project on free of cost
    as it is meant for public purpose, subject to certain conditions.

    3. Government after careful examination hereby order to alienation of land


    to an extent of Ac.13.45 cents., in Sy.Nos.87, 98 etc., at Pitchukalapalem
    Village, Thulluru Mandal Guntur District classified as Tank and Vagu
    Poramboke in favour of the Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Capital Region
    Development Authority (APCRDA) for construction of Capital City Development
    Project on free of cost, subject to the following conditions in addition to the
    conditions under BSO-24 and G.O.Ms.No.571, Revenue (Assn.I) Department,
    dated:14.9.2012:

    (i) The land shall be utilized for the purpose for which it is
    allotted within three years of the orders of the alienation.
    (ii) The land will be resumed to Government in the event of
    failure to comply with the terms and conditions of
    alienation.
    (iii) The water bodies if any existing in the land shall not be
    disturbed and shall be allowed to continue their natural
    course.
    (iv) The existing roads/ rasthas shall not be disturbed or other
    wise alternative arrangements shall be made.

    Administration and the District Collector, Guntur shall take further necessary
    action accordingly.
