Potential Structure-Proposal:
Split the old orphanage and old age population into mini-families such
that one or more kids are associated to each other of the old
person/couple but this is optional. The aged person/couple may not be
willing or physically able to take the responsibility. This should not be
burden but a source of enjoyment making their life meaningful.
It should have its own resources and its own place to live within the
perimeter of the facility.
There should be a common place to play study interact with other kids.
