Time and attendance policy:

Objective: To ensure that the employees are present at work on all the working days and they deliver
work within the office working hours. Understanding the importance of leave and working hours

Time policy:

Working Days, Work Hours and Weekly Off days

Background: Dvara KGFS expects every employee to ensure that they align to the clients’ requirements.
Therefore, the working days and work hours will be aligned, as far as possible, to what is required to
service the clients.

Brief Summary:

Dvara KGFS follows a 5 and a 6 day work schedule depending on the treatment of Saturdays in a particular
month. KGFS Will work on all Saturdays except Fourth Saturday & Corporate office will work from home
on First & Third Saturday and the other Saturdays are holiday for them.
a) All teams will follow the Saturday off’s as per the below schedule; this is to accommodate quarter end
work exigencies and alignment with business.

Detailed Policy:

i. It is a statutory requirement to maintain attendance records of all employees. This would involve
punching attendance through Wallet HR and signing the attendance register in branches and HQ.
ii. Supervisors may be required to validate the attendance records of their team members
iii. Every employee is expected to be present at the designated workplace for at least 9 hours every
day, including break timings. Employees at branches are expected to be at the workplace between
9:00AM to 6:00PM (Branches to be opened by 8:45AM and cleaned. Need to ensure that branch
is operational by 9AM) and employees at HQ & Corporate office are expected to be at the work
place between 9:30AM to 6:00PM
iv. In case any employee is unable to be present before 9.30 am on any of the working days, s/he
must inform his/her supervisor of the reasons for the delay. Inordinate delay in either coming into
the workplace or in informing the supervisor may result in the employee’s leave being reduced
v. Specifically, if an employee comes in to work after 12 noon, half-day’s casual leave will be
deducted from his/her leave account. This will also be applicable if an employee does not inform
his/her supervisor before 10 am, of any delay in coming to the workspace
vi. Supervisors may use their discretion to modify the work hours for their team members based on
exigencies of work. However, they should ensure that such modification does not disrupt the work
of any other teams or functions.
vii. Considering that Dvara KGFS offers generous Leave benefits, no employee is expected to reduce
the work hours on any day in order to attend to non-Dvara KGFS activities. Supervisors are
encouraged to have their team members plan their leave so as to eliminate such requests.
