1. Do you have any questions?

Yes, I have few questions...

I have really enjoyed meeting with you and your team, and I am very
interested in the opportunity. I feel my skills and experience would be
a good match for this position. What is the next step in your interview
process?

Before I leave, is there anything else you need to know concerning my

ability to do this job?

In your opinion, what is the most important contribution that this company
expects from its employees?

Is there a structured career path at the company?

What are my prospects for advancement? If I do a good job, what is a logical

next step?

Can you please tell me a little bit about the people with whom I’ll be
working most closely?

What aspirations do you have for your career? *

My career aspirations are to find a motivating place of work, a place where I could use my
knowledge, skills and abilities and improve. I would like to work with specialised workers , as I am
a quick learner, serious and hard-working person.

If confronted with a question you knew nothing about, what steps would you follow to source the answer
and how would you validate the information? *

I wish I had a simple answer. Generally, fear that I will not find a solution will eventually lead me
somewhere good!

When in doubt, though I go back to — or try to add to my list of — meaningful elements in the
question: those keywords and messages that I’m trying to convey. They’re where it all starts and
ultimately they lead to all the best ideas.

Explain what your key communication skills are and how effectively you use different communication media?

I have very good communication skills; I work well either leading or being part of a team
and I am self-motivated and capable of working on several tasks at once.
 As a leader of small teams I involve people in the decisions so that they feel
involved and ensure they have the opportunity to contribute to tasks facing the
team. I manage the information, plan and organise and make the decisions as
required.

With my strong communication skills, I have been able to motivate the staff to higher
standards of performance meaning we have also helped our profits figures through
increased sales and tighter cost-control.

Alongside this I have encouraged innovation and my team has produced several very
good ideas for new products, services and markets. As an example the new widget has
taken off in Eastern Europe and is contributing 7% of profits in less than 18 months.

Most importantly I actively seek to develop members of my team for their own careers
sake but also for the future of the business itself. This means I also look for personal
development opportunities to ensure my skills are kept up to date."
