Loyalty rewards enrollment feature have the functionality if the
user is not enroll for the Loyalty program then a Pop Up will show
on user’s Offers screen to enroll the program. If user is registered
the program then user can see their loyalty points based on their
account IDs and have the card for these points like card

patient then request goes from IP Admission Users to Operation
Theatre. Then doctors decide if necessary which type of
Anaesthesia, Medicine, dose time required for the Patient. Then
doctor post the details of operation/surgery for a patient.
Doctor may be advice online for a patient to collect the
medicine from Pharmacy Department. Users are providing
medicines for a patient.

Goals Achieved in project:
 Earlier HMS was controlled by one hospital of Department
of Atomic Energy but later centralizing it will be accessible
on the Web for uses of Department of Atomic Energy

login to start the appraisal process.
 Employee opens the appraisal form and fills all the
sections.
 Employee submits the Appraisal form to their Manager.
 Manager gets a message on the home page (or when
he/she login to PMS) to review/file employee's appraisal.

 Manager has an option to return the Appraisal to
Employees, in case he/she feel employee needs to
change data/feedback in their appraisal.
 Once Manager fills the form, he/she submits it to the
Reviewer.
 Reviewer views the appraisal form and provides final rating
to appraisal. Then she/he submits it to Employee for
accept/reject.
 If Employee accept the appraisal then message goes to
Reviewer, then Reviewer will be sign off the appraisal.
 Whenever any new functionality is added make sure that
customers are able to use the functionality easily & in case
of queries provide prompt responses.
