    PLACEMENT EXAM (DSHAPE)

    1. No permit, no test.
    2. Please bring the following:
    a. Test permit with ID photo and school ID page.
    b. Lead pencil (#1 or #2)
    c. School ID
    3. Please be at the designated venue 30 minutes before the time indicated on the test permit.
    4. The duration of the DLSU Senior High Admission and Placement Exam is four (4) hours and
    thirty (30) minutes.
    5. Study aids, such as but not limited to dictionaries and calculators, are not allowed during the
    test. Scratch papers will be provided, if necessary.
    6. The temperature of the testing room may be uncomfortably cold for some examinees. It is
    advisable to bring jacket/outerwear.
    7. It is also advisable to bring your own snacks and drinks.
    8. In any case that the examinee will request DLSU to print the test permit on their behalf, it is
    subjected to a PhP 200 printing fee.

    POST-TEST REMINDERS TO EXAMINEES

    1. Please visit the DLSU website (http://www.dlsu.edu.ph) to access the DSHAPE results and
    status letters.
    2. The schedule of release of results will be announced during the test.
    3. Reference number indicated on the test permit is required to access the result.
    PARENTS' GUIDE TO THE DLSU SENIOR HIGH ADMISSION AND
    PLACEMENT EXAM (DSHAPE)

    1. Examinees must be made to bring with them their TEST PERMITS, snacks, drinks, medicine,
    pencils, jackets and other necessities upon entering the exam venue; no one is allowed to
    deliver any item to the examinees after they enter the exam venue.
    2. A designated waiting area inside the exam venue is reserved for
    parents/guardians/companions of DSHAPE examinees on a first-come first-served basis.
    Due to limited space, parents/companions are also advised to check other venues which may
    serve as a waiting area such as restaurants and coffee shops within close vicinity.
    3. The duration of the test is four hours and thirty minutes, commencing on the examinee’s time
    of arrival. Please use this as basis to determine the expected finish time.
    4. Examinees are not allowed to use their mobile phones during the test except during break
    time. Parents/companions are advised to relay all necessary and important information
    related to meet-up schedules/venues before entering the campus.
    5. Important announcements and advisories may be accessed at the DLSU website
    (www.dlsu.edu.ph) or the DLSU Senior High School Facebook Page
    (https://www.facebook.com/DLSU.SHS).
