Creamy Spinach Pork Chops: Pan sear some pork chops with italian seasoning and a hint of paprika, set aside when
done. In the same pan, mix 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 cup of mozzarella, and a pinch of garlic and paprika.
When smooth, add 2 big handfuls of fresh spinach. When the spinach is cooked, add the pork chops back into the
pan, cover with sauce and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
Beef and Broccoli: Marinade some beef and some broccoli overnight with 1 cup of beef broth, 4 tablespoons of soy
sauce, and a pinch of garlic and ginger. Cook in a pan on the stove.
Creamy Mustard Chicken: Place cauliflower, chicken, and green beans in a large dish. Drizzle with olive oil and salt
and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 400. While its cooking, make a mustard sauce with 1 cup of heavy whipping
cream, 1 tbs of seeded mustard, 2 tbs of regular mustard, a pinch of garlic powder, ½ tbs thyme, and salt and pepper
to taste. After the 20 minutes, pour the mustard sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and put back in the oven for
another 20 minutes.
