Rojgaar interacts with the MRIGS database to provide information to the employers for
recruitment as well as it enables the PIAs to see job posts and propose candidates against each
job opportunity posted by employers. The candidates can also interact through their exclusive
interface Yuva Sampark

The framework is designed in such a manner that it creates an environment of Job fair available
24x7 and 365 days a year.
Sector wise available candidates for you
DDU-GKY is a front runner scheme that deploys high standards in training and procedures to

How is it integrated to the MRIGS and Yuva Sampark?

Who can register on the portal?


1. Direct Employers – those who recruit for their own operations.
2. Employment Agencies – who recruit on behalf of employers.

Additional functions are provided to Employment Agencies as these organizations facilitate


recruitment for actual organizations.

No Project Implementing Agency (PIA) or candidate is required to register on Rojgaar


Portal. Project Implementing Agencies (PIA) are already registered on the MRIGS and
Candidates can access through Yuva Sampark.

What functions can be performed on the portal?

1. Post a Job Vacancy- Employers can post any sort of job vacancy for blue/ grey or white-
collar job openings which includes job type, desired profile, KRA, timeframe or days within
which applications are invited should also be notified. Notification are be reflected on the
YS and the MRIGS.

2. Post Walk-in Interviews - Employers can post walk-in interviews like job post and will
be able to see all the confirmations provided from candidates.

3. Close Job Posting- In the case where the recruitment has been closed before the mentioned
time frame, then employer will have the option of closing the job posting or removing it
from the portal. Same will be notified on YS.

4. Revoke Job Posting - In the case where an employer decides to cancel the recruitment
process from open pool or for any other reason, he has the option for the same. Cancellation
of job opening is notified to each candidate individually, candidates who have applied for
job, selected for interview or have received offer letter.Notification is sent via mail and
SMS and, notified on YS.

5. Send Message (YS)- Option of posting any message on YS related to latest jobs, upcoming
job and likewise

6. Register Candidates- Agencies can register candidates of their own using this function.
They can create its exclusive pool of candidates by filling all the required details.

7. Candidates Search – Employer can search candidate on his own.

8. Job Applications Received (against a job posting)- Employer can see all the Job
application received against a job posting.

9. Job Registration Received – Employer can view all open solicitation by candidates willing
join the company, so that while searching for a candidate they are able to search from the
internal pool of registration.

10. Schedule Interview- After short listing the candidates, employer can schedule interview
providing details about, time, date and the venue of the venue for each candidate.

11. Select Recruits (job applications received/ job registration received) - Selection of
candidate is allowed from the pool of application received against job postings and
registration received (solicited applications).

12. Generate Offer Letters- Employer can directly generate and send offer letter to the
candidate once done with whole recruitment process.

13. Mark Placements (Joining) - Agency can mark the candidates placed, not dependent on
offer letters received or joining

14. Mark Separation – Agency should be able to mark separation of candidates in order to
track them further. These candidates will be available for search as if no job has been
provided (will appear in search of placed candidates). The effect should be reflected on the
MRIGS (for candidates of the MRIGS) as well as on the YS.

2. REGISTRATION AND LOG-IN
Step 1: Employer’s Registration on Rojgaar

1. Go to url www.rojgaar.in and Click on Registration


2. Registration screen will open.

3. Choose the relevant category – (a) Company Recruiter, HR professional or (b)


Recruitment/Placement Consultant.
4. Fill all mandatory details &
5. click “Next” button.
6. An OTP will be sent on the mobile number provided

7. Choose Username from the provided options – Email id or Mobile number provided or your
own Custom user name

8. Enter password fields (minimum 8 characters including one special character, one numeric
and one Capital letter).
9. Enter OTP received on mentioned number
10. Validate the same by pressing “Validate OTP” button.
11. Now click “Submit” button.
12. On successful registration, welcome screen appears, and you are ready for the first login.

Step 2: Login by Registered Users (Employers)

1. Go to url www.rojgaar.in
2. Click on “Login”

3. Enter valid credentials (user name and password)


4. Click on login and you have entered into the world of “Rojgaar”

3. UPDATE USER AND COMPANY PROFILE
Step 3: Update Profile and Company Profile

1. Before posting a job an employer or recruiter is required to update user profile and company
profile.

2. Click user name (right top corner) and choose update profile

4. Click Add Sectors and Skills/Roles button.

5. Update company profile (click on the user name and select option).

6. Add Location will allow you to register all Work Locations of the enterprise.

4. JOB POST MANAGEMENT
Job Posting

1. Click on Job posting and choose Jobs to start creating a new job posting.

2. Fill the Job Description form

If you are hiring for multiple location, you will be required to use add button to add different
information in the opening section

3. The Job Description form submitted appears under “Listed Jobs” on dashboard but is not
posted yet.

4. The executive has the facility to review the job description (view) and only after making sure
that all the information provided are correct, he can click on “Post” to post the job.

5. The executive can even “Revoke” a posted job, if required or vacancies have been filled.

Similarly, Walk-ins can be created,

5. JOB APPLICATIONS MANAGEMENT
Click on (Job) Applications received

All Job Posts are listed out with count of candidates applied against the post.

Click on “View Candidates” to list down the candidates who applied for the job.

Click on the eye icon under action column to view the brief of the candidate who has applied.

You can also schedule the interview for the job opening. Click on Schedule interview

Fill the interview schedule and venue and add candidates (select candidates) for the interview

Submit the form.

6. SEARCH MANAGEMENT
Three types of searches are available
1. Search Candidates
2. Predictive Search
3. Training Center Search (DDU-GKY)

1. Search Candidates

There are 3 types of databases from which employer can search


1. Registered pool – database of candidates who have solicited for jobs exclusively
2. Open Database – from the pool of candidates of DDU-GKY and other schemes
3. My Database – from the pool of candidates who have been registered by the employer itself.

Select options from the Search Criteria and click on search

2. Predictive Search – allows the employers to search candidates who are completing training
in future and will be ready for employment. Predictive search helps the employers to plan their
recruitment.

Three search criteria are mandatory – Sector, State and Availability.

Availability ranges from within 1 month to within 12 months. All months are exclusive, and
the selected period will give results for only those candidates who will be available in the
selected period.

After selecting the search options, click on search to display batches which are available in the
selected period

Click on view to view the candidates in the given batch

Click on view to have a brief detail of the candidate (this is being expanded for the employers)

3. Training Center Search – Employers can search training centers

Select search criteria (State is mandatory) and click on search
