    I, NAME, of legal age, single/married, residing at ADDRESS, after being sworn


    in accordance with law, depose and say:

    That I continuously and adversely possessed the described property for more
    than 30 years to the exclusion of all others
    This affidavit is executed to notify all interested parties that I am in adverse
    possession and claiming ownership of the said property.
