INTRODUCTION
students which aims to practice their skills by putting them in a real-life workplace, in
short, working in the corporate world and moving out of their comfort zones.
An OJT or internship program is a big benefit for the students for this will be a
big opportunity to go and encounter actual methodologies of their desired job. The
workplace also becomes a venue or room for development as the student adopts the
attitude to the real surroundings of an enterprise. Internship also gives high career
realities and it will mold you to become a better version of yourself as you develop
something.
OJT is a benefit not only to the students but to the companies who hire or who
have an internship trainees. It provides more manpower for a less significant labor cost
and it will also help the supervisors and employers develop their patience, change their

Learnings
Being an IT intern is not easy but it comes with many advantages to us. Many of
