This chapter outlines the research methodology used in the study. It employed a correlational research design using a survey questionnaire to examine the relationship between extracurricular activities and academic performance of senior high school students. The subjects were 147 grade 11 and 12 students from CBSHS San Nicolas who participated in extracurricular activities. Data was collected using a researcher-developed questionnaire containing items on student demographics, extracurricular involvement, study habits, grades, test scores, and time management. The questionnaire was validated by experts and administered to student respondents. The collected data would then be analyzed to interpret results and draw conclusions.
