PROFILE OF THE COMPANY

M/s. GREEN CONCRETEX MATERIALS PVT. LTD. was incorporated as M/s

sha-san concrete pvt ltd. in 2007 to carry on business of processing and
Manufacturing of Ready-Mix-Concrete and other allied materials which are
essentially required in Building and infrastructure construction. The New
Company has set up Units / Factories / works with use of power to manufacture the
goods and provide services for its own consumption as well as for construction
companies in the market. It has established one RMC Batching Plant at Rajarhat
and started its Commercial operation and the promoters of the Company took
adequate measures to install plant of international standard with most modern and
uptodate laboratory facilities along with complete infrastructure. The Batching
Plant ‘Schwing Stetter’ is the best possible fully automatic batching plant available
in the international market and suitably complemented with State-of-Art testing
equipment at our laboratory. The 2nd Plant started from April ’09.The Company has
also got registration under ISO 9001:2000.

The progress of M/s. Green Concretex Materials Pvt. Ltd. has been in upswing
since its formation. The performance of the Company has earned them goodwill in
the market and placed itself as one of the frontline “Ready-Mix-Concrete” supplier
in this region. The demand for its RMC is presently rising significantly for which
the Company has installed its 3rd Batching Plant at Rajarhat immediately to cope-
up with demand for the orders of our valued Customers. The movement of
business graph of the company has been on the constant upswing and it has been
possible due to untiring and dynamic efforts of a dedicated team of professionals
under the leadership of the director Sri Partha De who is a qualified Civil Engineer
from Jadavpur University and M.Tech and a Construction Engineer by profession.
The Company has inducted a few highly experienced senior Technocrat and
Engineers of the Corporate and government sectors to add their professional
ingenuity and drive to the forward progress in the future of the company. Senior
Persons Sri B. D. Mookerjea, a retired chief of Govt. of India undertakings, a
technocrat and a senior Management Consultant, who held high positions both in
multinational as well as in Govt. of India undertaking and experienced as a Project
Management and diversification Planner, having multifaceted work experience,
joined the Company as President. Sri Asim Bhattacharyya, a retired Chief of govt.
of India undertaking and a civil engineer and management specialist has joined as
Vice President (Projects- I). He has also wide experience in Techno Commercial
operations and construction Projects. Other professionals at a various levels have
also been inducted in the Company in order to build up a Vibrant, dynamic,
dedicated and efficient team to lead to the future of the company.

The Performance of group companies.

Green Concretex Materials Pvt. Ltd. is a part of the group Company and is the
prime mover in the group. Apart from its financial success the company has built
up a sound planned asset acquisition to improve the networth of company as well.
The Company has acquired substantial immovable assets to have financial backup
in its growth and networth of the Company and also to cover the securities of
loans from the financial organization and Bank. It is the financial policy of the
Company to improve the financial health alongwith the growth of the business. All
its loans/advances from the Banks are substantially fortified with collateral
securities in full without any financial strain on the working capital and other
financial commitments for its growth. This may be apparent from the audited
Balance Sheet of the Company.
It is moving forward progressively from strength to strength over a very short
period of time. It is the far-sighted view and approach of the management that has
contributed to the progressive improvement in financial results of the company.

The management of the Company has fixed its targets to achieve the excellence by
consistent effort in expansion of business activities and the Company is quite
competent to venture in to any new project with its own planned financial
resources.

PLANS AHEAD

The company has prepared a detailed perspective plan for the organization. The
strength of the Company lies in its professional planning of growth with a clear
objective of positioning itself in the market as one of the leading frontline
companies in the field of construction and infrastructure development. While
preparing the perspective plan Company has also made an overview of the
National investment planning and policy for coming 5 years which would enable
the Company to go along with the development and growth plans of the Country as
a whole. The government’s national investment planning will have a significant
role in influencing the future perspective plan of the organisation. With the
objective of achieving the goal of excellence the Company has kept in view on
sustained growth in infrastructure and construction market segment. It is perceived
that it would also be necessary to diversify its activities both vertically as well as
horizontally to work out plan for manufacturing activities of wide range of
products. The Company has planned for production facilities for wide range of
strong and durable materials/products with latest modern technology and with
environ-friendly material substitution.

The company has drawn up a 3(three) year plan to grow into a core sector
company in within plan period 2010 to 2013.

Expansion in RMC Business.

10 new Batching Plant shall be installed in the following locations. Guwahati,
Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Siliguri, Durgapur, Bhubaneswar, Ranchi,
Patna, Raipur
Crusher Plants
Two crusher Plants shall be installed. One in Birbhum and one in Assam
Mines for aggregates
The company has already acquired a mine in Shalbhadra in Birbhum which is in
operation. Negotiation is going on in Assam for mines near Guwahati and it is
expected to be finalized by the end of September. Apart from mines for
aggregates the company is also looking for one lime-stone mine in Assam for
its proposed cement Plant in Assam.
Hotels
A chain of hotels (budget type with 3star facilities)
Company is on the process of acquiring lands for proposed hotels in Guwahati
(Assam), Dibrugarh, Puri (Orissa), Digha and Mandarmani in West Bengal and
it is expected to be in operation by end of 2011.
Cement Plant
A) 1(one) million TPA Cement Plant will be established in Assam near
Guwahati. The talks with Government authorities is in progress for limestone
mines and also suitable place near limestone deposit.

B) Proposed for one 0.5 milion ton cement plant with slug as base material near
Kolkata is also under consideration.

Construction Business
The Company is set to take up the new contracts for construction work under its
group Companies NEWLOOK INTEX NIRMAN PVT LTD.

MANUFACTURING OF FLYASH BRICKS,

PAVERBLOCKS AND PRE-FAB BLOCKS
The Company has taken up the project to manufacture Fly ash Bricks, paver blocks
and a wide range of strong and durable modern finished building materials. The
use of fly ash has been made mandatory in various forms including making of fly
ash bricks, by the Ministry of Environment & Forest (MOEF), Government of
India by a Gazette Notification dated 14th September, 1999 and again amended in
August, 2003 increasing the radius to 100 KM, all Construction agencies engaged
in building Construction within the 100 KM radius of any coal based power station
to use 100% fly ash bricks.

The land for the plant for manufacturing FLY ASH BRICKS has been acquired in
Rajarhat and the construction work is in full swing. It is expected that the plant will
be in operation by June 2010. An agreement has been signed with CESC Ltd. for
allotment of 200 Tons of Fly ash per day from their Titagarh Thermal Plant.

MANUFACTURE OF HUME PIPES AND ALLIED PRODUCTS –

As part of the diversification of product mix the company has purchased land in
Barasat (North 24 Parganas) and is in the process of setting up the plant for
manufacture of Hume Pipe. It is expected that initial production will commence
by the end of 2010.

STONE MINES AND CRUSHER PLANT:

The company has acquired a STONE MINES in Salbhadra, Dist. Birbhum and is
also installing a CRUSHER PLANT near the mine. The operation of stone mine
and Crusher plant has already been started and this will not only work as dedicated
plant for the supply of stone chips to our RMC plants but also shall have the
capacity to supply the stone chips to other clients in the market. The company has
planned to go in a big scale in mining and planned to acquire a few more stone
mines in Birbhum and in Assam, Jharkhand; the negotiations are in the process.

CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS:

M/S. New Look Intex Nirman Pvt. Ltd, a leading Company in the Group
Companies has been engaged in construction activities in the infrastructure
development like bridges, roads, flyover, buildings etc. The company has been
enlisted as a business associate of M/S Hindustan Steelworks Construction Co.
Ltd. (A Govt. of India undertaking) in various contracts for construction. The
company is presently executing a big housing complex along with L&T in Kolkata.
Apart from this it is also working for H.C.C. in the big contract for flyovers near
science city. The participation shall be both in supplying RMC as well as in
construction activities. The orders from KMDA contracts are very encouraging and
the company has established itself as one of the major contractors for KMDA. The
business performance has been very bright in the last financial year and also quite
a few big tenders are expected to be finalised in its favour.
EXPANSION OF RMC BUSINESS

The company is in the process of installing a chain of RMC plants on all India
bases apart from extending the RMC business through the dedicated plants at site
to big construction organization. It is planned to have atleast 10 (Ten) RMC plants
around in India .In the first phase a chain of RMC plants are being installed in
Durgapur, Agartala (Tripura) and in Guwahati(Assam), Bhubaneswar ( Orissa ),
Ranchi ( Jharkhand )

The RMC Plant in Guwahati has already been commissioned and plant at Agartala
is expected to be commissioned by June 2010. ACCCLtd, a leading cement and
RMC company has proposed to enter into agreement to jointly operate as one
company in North Eastern region and in Kolkata in mutual business interest. The
proposal is under negotiation for finalization.

Presently the RMC business prospect has been very bright particularly with the
operations of quite a few mega projects coming up in and around Kolkata like, East
West Metro Railway project, Construction of Airport near Andal, New Airport
terminal Building in Kolkata, Science City- Park Circus fly over etc and New
Railways expansion project in Howrah strand road and construction of
Aerotropolis near Durgapur. There are quite a few prestigious contracts have been
received for RMC Business. The RMC orders from these projects are in the
position. The Company is installing one additional RMC plant in Rajarhat, New
Town apart from 3 RMC additional plants which are already in operation at
Rajarhat.

REAL ESTATE BUSINESS AND DEVELOPMENT

With the advent of new upsurge in the economy after the recent recession being
over, the country is in the process of getting the boost in this sector. In view of this
the company has already planned to operate in the development of REAL ESTATE
business. The Company has finalised on its locations and a low cost Housing
Project in being planned in Sonarpur, South 24 Parganas for low income Group. A
new project for housing complex for higher income group is also under planning
and expected to be in operation shortly.
MODERN LIFE STYLE EQUIPMENT BUSINESS

The modern Life style equipment business is a concept of modern living in-style
and comfort. A separate company has been formed to cater products to the discrete
customers and users of modern fittings, equipments with international concept and
technology.
A chain of retail and wholesale showrooms displaying gadgets, equipments,
flooring etc has been established at prominent locations. Presently at Salt Lake and
at EM Bypass Mukundapur Crossing showrooms are in operation and further
locations are being fixed.
These retail outlets have been planned to display and give live demo of various
utilities of modern houses with various options on designs and state of art fittings
for luxurious life style including total specially designed kitchens, bathrooms,
wash rooms to various tastes and requirements of individual users.

HOTELS & RESORTS

The segment of hospitality and tourism has been developing very fast in the
country. Our company has also planned to enter in this segment in a big way by
developing and constructing the hotel buildings and resorts and associating the
experienced and established experts and personnels to run the operations as service
provider concern.

A newly built four storied modern restaurant facilities have been built with a
adjacent new guest house is under construction on Anwar Shah Connector Road
near EmBypass Crossing. It is expected to be commissioned by August’10.

In North Eastern region a chain of 3 star facility business hotels will be started in
Guwahati, Dibrugarh, and Kamrup in Assam, Digha and Mandarmani in West
Bengal, Puri (Orissa). The lands for the proposed hotels are being acquired and it is
expected to be operative by middle of 2011. The company has been in the process
of designing and construction of a resort near Kolkata- it will be unique in design
for its special stress on health and mind of its users. The Health Resort so being
planned shall have SPA facilities as per most modern updated design and
technology of international standard.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT HIRING AND LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS

In view of the increasing activities in the infrastructure developments the demand

for Heavy Equipments and logistic supports to the users and construction industry
has increased considerably. As such the company has planned in mobilizing the
Equipments services for hiring and logistics supports services to this segment of
industry. It is expected that by first quarter of 2011 this Division shall be fully in
operation.

MEDIA & ADVERTISING

The company has planned to expand in this sector and already necessary actions
have been taken to mobilise these activities by associating an established
accredited advertising agency under its wings and recruitment of expert
professionals. The company has already acquired a number of hoarding space for
outdoor advertisement business and subsequent operations are also being finalised
shortly. It is expected to be in business operations by July’10. It’s hoarding
installations have already started operating on main roads and important locations.
