5. In case of non-delivery of Order Aadhaar Reprint Letter, you may submit your
grievance/query to India Post by visiting the given URL:

6. In case of any query/grievance, please mail us at aadhaar.reprint@uidai.net.in within 90
days from the date of request. Any queries/grievances received after 90 days will not be
entertained
