    NARRATIVE REPORT

    With the theme “Science for the people”, Bancal Pugad Integrated School celebrated the

    SCIENCE MONTH for the S.Y. 2017-2018, alongside with the Mathematics Celebration. High

    School students from grades 7-10 participated actively to the contests served as well as with the

    film viewing about Science and Math. 8:00AM marks the start of the celebration for

    Mathematics and Science. A mini opening program was prepared, starting with a meaningful

    prayer, followed by singing of the makabayan song, then preceded by the welcome and opening

    remarks of Mr. Louise L. Lumanug, Head Teacher III- OIC of BPIS. At around 8:20AM, the

    contests in Mathematics started and by the afternoon, the contest in Science took place at the

    Grade 9 classroom. At 1:00PM, the Investigatory Project contest started already. 7 Groups from

    grades 7-10 participated in the said contest. Each group will present their IP through Microsoft

    Power Point and they have to present their final product to the panel of judges. While, the

    participants are presenting their IPs, other students were stunned with the video clips that they

    are watching. Students will take notes of the important facts they will learn to the video clips

    presented. The program ended with closing remarks at exactly 4:00 in the afternoon.
    DOCUMENTATION

    OPENING PROGRAM

    The program was hosted by the SSG president and officer of BPIS

    Asking for the Guidance of the Lord. Mam Joi Quiambao, led the prayer

    Nationalism. Singing of the Philippine National Anthem was led by Mam Melen Flores

    Words of encouragement. Sir Louise Lumanug, Head Teacher III-OIC of BPIS gave an
    inspirational remarks for the opening of SCIMATH celebration.
    Guidelines and mechanics of the Contest were imparted by Mam Noemi Gigante.
    INVESTIGATORY PROJECT

    Participants proudly present their Investigatory Project to the panel of judges.


    Each product of the groups presented their product.

    Film Viewing

    Students were stunned with the experiments that they are watching.
