From 2016, the number of both male and female enrollees have
significantly increased. This can be attributed to that the population of
the community is gradually increasing as the years go by.

The table above shows that the highest percentage of nutritional


status report as of June 2018 is Normal with the percentage of 86.67%,
followed by Wasted with the percentage of 5.99%, third is Overweight
with the percentage of 4. 98%, then severely Wasted with the percentage
of 1.76% and lastly, Obese with the percentage of 0.59%.

The library has a total number of 11, 635 books. With 2 long tables and
25 monoblock chairs to accommodate students and teachers. There are also
94 computers in the school which are used for official works and as
instructional materials.

The total number of teachers who attended different trainings and


seminars in Grade 7 is 22, Grade 8 with 21 participants, Grade 9 with 20
participants and grade 10 with 14 participants with the total number of 77
participants in all grade levels. Year 2018-2018 has the greatest number of
participants who attended different trainings and seminars compared to
the last two years.

The figure shows that the number of dropout students from Grade 7
to Grade 10 has a total number of 67 students with the percentage of
2.36% of the total population of students (2883) within the school year
2018-2019. We can observe that there is a decreasing rate of dropout
students from 2015-2019.

rate for the S.Y 2018-2019 with the percentage of 100. Followed by Grade
8 and 9 with the percentage of 99.72 and 98.67 respectively.

In the recent NAT 2015, students performed well in Filipino with the
percentage of 58.41% and Araling Panlipunan with the percentage of
44.60%. Meanwhile, in English(38.69%), Math (29.32%) and Science
(35.05%), students performed poorly or below average.

Frustration Instructional Independent

Phil-IRI results show an improvement in the students’ literacy. More


students have moved from frustration level to instructional level in both
