    as by these presents, do name, constitute, and appoint, Mr/Ms. ARJUN NOCETE, of legal age,
    and a resident of QUEZON CITY, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
    name, place and stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform any or all of the
    following acts and things , to wit:

    To process my AUTHORITY TO PRINT with the assigned Revenue District Office;

    To submit and receive documents/forms to the BIR to fully comply the requirements;

    To sign paper or document relative to such premises;

    To perform all other acts necessary and proper to completely accomplish the power or
