SULFOSALICYLIC ACID TEST
1. Add 3mL of SSA reagent to 3mL of centrifuged urine.
2. Mix by inversion and observe for cloudiness.

3. Grade the degree of turbidity.


BENEDICT’S TEST
1. Place 5 mL of reagent in a 3. Place in a boiling water
