Contoh Success Story (English, Korean, Indonesian)
In overseas, thousand Indonesian go to foreign country leaving their family for sake of their
family finances. They go with their fighter mental, not like the beggar who asking money from
the others. As well as Indonesian Migrant Workers in Korean, for getting a job there they have to
past so many difficulty and barriers. After they past it, while they collecting their money, another
new adventure is already waiting. For the sake of lifting their dignity and their family, their effort
should be made from the first time…. With making venture.
Me and my brother Ali Arema are Indonesian Migrant Workers too. But the different is I am
quite busy with my education, social activities, man power also culture and social activities while
my brother focus to start our business. After 2 years worked in Korea, thanks God we can make
our own chips factory. We always communicated with our family member. We always help each
other, work hard to make our business successful.
Thanks to Allah and thanks to all of my friends who always pray for us, our chips factory start to
operated since 2107. At first we produced 5 kwintals chips with 20 employees. When both of us
still as Indonesian Migran Worker in Korean factory, our business operated by our family in
Indonesia.
The beginning of production last month started with 500 kilograms and in a few months
increased to 1 ton a day. At that time, our employees grew to 35 people and will continue to grow
according to the needs. They are our neighbors and local community in Kepanjen, Malang, East
Java. Most of them are widows, elementary school’s graduates, and physically disabled people.
Armed with teamwork, honesty, and hard work as family, Alhamdulillah right now we are
developing our 3rd factory. Two of our factories on the average are producing 1 ton a day and
employing more than 100 people.
Some said that Indonesian Migrant Workers will always be lower class workers, means after they
come back to the homeland, their life have not changed. At least, what we do right now can open
their eyes that migrant workers could also lift their dignity on their own. If they want to stand
tall, have confident, and move together, then Indonesian Migrant Workers as agent of change for
better finances of Indonesia is not just a dream.
Fighting!
berhasil membangun pabrik kerupuk.
merangkak naik menuju 1 ton perhari.
tanah air nanti pasti masih begitu-begitu saja keadaannya.
baik bukanlah mimpi belaka.
Semangat...!!!
