was incorporated in 1978 at Hyderabad in Southern India – about 700 kilometers from the port city
of Mumbai. The company started out by manufacturing Salicylic Acid. In 1986, it diversified into the production of Para Hydroxy Benzoic
Acid, the basic raw material for Parabens. Thereafter, it began full-fledged production of Parabens and a complete line of natural and
synthetic preservatives. Catering to the growing requirements of cosmetic and pharmaceutical companies across the globe,
Salicylates also began the production of UVA and UVB filters.

We believe in creating value for all our stakeholders and are constantly refining our processes and improving product quality standards
through ongoing R&D. This is reflected in our diverse product line and various ISO & GMP certifications which conform to international
