ACTION PLAN FOR SPORTS SUMMER CLINIC 2019


(VOLLEYBALL, BADMINTON, AND BASKETBALL, TAEKWANDO)

Title of Activity: 2019 SPORTS SUMMER CLINIC

I. OBJECTIVES:
1. To propagate grass root training for students in their selected sports game
specially those who desire to become a member of the school varsity.
2. To select and install player of varsity that will represent the school in every sports
competition.
3. To develop camaraderie, friendship or learn and even understand how to accept
defeat and acknowledge values in team sports.
4. To enhance and improve their knowledge regarding by laws of a specific sports
game and to achieve success through hardwork, perseverance and consistency
in their chosen sports.

II. MATERIALS:
1. Volleyball Net
2. Ball (Basketball and Volleyball)
3. Whistle
4. Chairs and Tables
5. Sound system/megaphone

III. PARTICIPANTS
1. All students of Fr. Simpliciano Academy (Incoming Grade 4-Grade 10 students for
the School Year 2019-2020
2. Non-students are also invited provided that they have written permission for their
parents and guardians.

IV. REGISTRATION FEES


1. A payment of P.1,000.00 is required to each participant upon registration.
2. Payment shall be done at the Cashier’s Office ONLY.
3. Payment is not refundable after the participant failed to attend the program.

V. SCHEDULE OF TRAINING
1. Training and sports clinic will start on April 22- May 2, 2019 and it will end on
May 3, 2019 (10 DAYS)
2. Registration will be on April 12, 2019
3. Time of training will start at 6:00 to 9:30 am only
4. Venue: FSA Basketball Court (BASKETBALL), Open Ground (Volleyball), and
Atrio (Badminton)
