    Good Morning Everyone!

    I am tasked to impart to you my topic entitled IMPORTANCE OF


    LEADERSHIP AND EDUCATION. May I start in saying this quote:

    LEADERS ARE MADE NOT BORN

    And

    EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

    This two quotes I have shared to you had relevance on my topic this morning.

    So shall we start now?

    What is Leadership?

    Leadership is an important function of management which helps to maximize efficiency


    and to achieve organizational goals

    Each of us believe we have a good idea about what it means to be a good leader, but
    when it comes to defining the concept, the picture is not so clear.

    As definition says Leadership is an important function of management because in every


    organization, there must be a Leader because from the word itself leaders must lead, and
    if leaders lead, he has a vision, if he has a vision, he knows how to motivate, he served, he
    is creative, not afraid to take the risk and he manage well his organization.
    In short leadership is the attitude assumed by those looking for something different, who
    are committed to achieving a goal and whose conviction they manage to transmit to
    others through enthusiasm and optimism to reach a common goal

    Let us now move on to the IMPORTANCE OF LEADERSHIP

    First INITIATES ACTION

    A Leader must possess initiative especially in creating a plan for his or her organization.
    Aside from it he communicates well to his or her subordinates the plan. Being initiative in
    a certain proposed projects or plan is one of good sign that you are a true leader as well as
    communicating also that plan enable that your subordinates or member be engaged and if
    a leader shall do it…….it would make the plan a success.

    Second MOTIVATION

    A Leader proves to be playing an incentive role in the concerns working. From the word
    incentive, leader shall encourage his members or employees to do something or to work
    harder. He or she motivates his subordinates to perform well on the assigned task to
    them. He will clearly explain the purpose why did need to do their jobs well? Who will
    benefit with their actions? And how their plan can be a success.

    THIRD PROVIDING GUIDANCE

    Guidance of the leader is different from the guidance of any other ordinary person.
    Guide is a synonym of Lead. Guide of a Leader is quite different from the guidance of any
    other person. A leader played a guiding role towards his subordinates or members enable
    to perform their work effectively and efficiently. Because Leader is someone who provides
    guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of INDIVIDUALS OR A TEAM for
    the purpose of achieving a key result or a group aligned results. In short they have
    common goals that need to achieved.

    FOURTH CREATING CONFIDENCE

    How important confidence is within the group?


    Leadership cannot exist without confidence as its component. Confidence can help you to
    take on the world with more energy and determination. Self confidence is the
    fundamental basis from which leadership grows It is very important that a leader has trust
    or faith towards his employee, members or subordinates. Because dealing with a
    confident person helps assure us that the person is also competent. Without confidence,
    you may find yourself sadly lacking in one very important component of
    leadership…..followers.
    Parang kasabihan den na paano ka pagkakatiwalaan kung ikaw mismo walang tiwala sa
    sarili mong kakayahan….. Ang taga sunod ay magkakaroon din ng kompiyansa sa sarili kung
    ang namumuno ay may confidence eto sa kanyang sarili.

    FIFTH BUILDING MORALE

    How essential morale in building one’s self worth?


    Morale is a synonym of confidence. How important to have that morale in one’s self?
    It is very important to have morale in building one’s self because it will make you work
    better. It will lead you on how to be dedicated of what you do. The degree or passion of
    assigned task to you. Self-confident people usually can influence others more easily as well
    as control their own emotions and behaviors more responsibly.

    There is a famous saying that “have confidence in your abilities, because you have not
    proven your abilities yet”.

    SIX BUILDS WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Human relations should be kept into mind by a leader. He should have personal contacts
    with employees and should listen to their problems and solve them. He should treat
    employees or his members on humanitarian term.

    Napakahalaga sa lider na maging makatao sa kaniyang nasasakupan particular sa kanyang


    miyembro or subordinates. Mahalaga na maayos ang kaniyang pakikitungo sa kaniyang
    nasasakupan nang sa gayon ay marinig o malaman nito kung ano naman ang sitwasyon
    nila sa kani-kanilang personal na buhay. Handa siyang makinig sa mga hinaing o problema
    na kanilang kinakaharap. Mayroon siyang maibibigay na payo o solusyon dito.

    SEVEN COORDINATION

    Coordination means to integrate (bring together) all the activities of an organization. It is


    done for achieving the goals of the organization. Coordination encourages team spirit. It
    encourages the employees to work as a team and achieve the common objectives of the
    organization. Coordination is the plus value of the group. Through coordination a plan or
    project can succeed.

    Again what are the Importance of Leadership?

    We shall now have the Importance of Education


    What is Education?

    Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge skills


    values beliefs and habits.

    Education is nothing but studying different kinds of subjects to gain knowledge and
    understanding and trying to apply it in daily life.

    What is the importance of education?

    1. Comfortable and Stable Life


    To earn a better life and live a comfortable life, a person needs to understand the value of
    education. We can live comfortable and stable if we are educated. Karamihan ng tao sa
    ngayon sinasabing waste of time ang pag aaral pero kung alam nyo lang kung gaano
    kahalaga ang may kakaunting kaalaman ay mas di hamak na mas mabuti kaysa taong
    uneducated o walang pinag aralan

    2. Improvement in Standard of Living


    It is true that one can get a successful position if he or she really works hard to get
    the position. But if a person starts to dedicate himself or herself for a quality of
    education then it is possible that the result will be fruitful. Kung nakatapos ka sa pag
    aaral ito ang sandata mo para umangat ang iyong katayuan sa buhay.

    3. Provides safety and security.


    To lead a life of safety and security the person need to take active participation in
    educational activities. These educational activities will provide them the knowledge
    which can help them live a better life.

    Pag nakatapos ka sa pag aaral, magiging stable ka at komportable sa buhay,


    magbabago ang iyong pamumuhay, aangat ka at kapag nakaahon ka magkakaroon ka
    ng seguridad at proteksyon sa iyong pamumuhay.Dahil natutunan mong paano
    paunlarin ang buhay mo dahil sa pag aaral

    4. Equality
    Bawat tao ay may kani-kaniyang paniniwala o opinyon. Ngunit dahil sa edukasyon ay
    na maintain nito ang equality sa pagitan ng taong titulado sa hindi.
    Kapag edukado kang tao alam mo ang tamang pagtimbang sa mga bagay bagay.
    Kinoconsider mo anuman ang pagkakaiba ng paniniwala, may pantay pantay na
    karapatan ang bawat tao

    5. Provides confidence
    Dahil sa pag-aaral nahuhulma ang tiwala sa sarili. Totoo na bawat tao ay nakararanas ng
    kahihiyan o pagpapahiya sa kung sinuman pero kung nakatapos ka sa pag aaral madali
    itong tanggapin sapagkat ito ay iyong nauunawaan or maaari ding hindi mangyari dahil
    Matututo kang maging kompiyansa sa iyong sarili.

    6. Prevents unlikely events


    Totoo na kung kailan di ka naging aware o care sa sarili mo ay saka may pagbabago na
    magaganap sa pamumuhay mo
