(1) GENERAL SERVICE
GA Docking and Undocking
To furnish all necessary labor, materials, staging and equipment to accomplish the following
repair works on the subject vessel at your yard.

GA-1 Drydocking
1) To dock and undock vessel upon completion of all underwater works. shift
・ 1st and 2nd days

・ Each subsequent day day


2) To quote for special arrangement of keel and bilge blocks and shores if required as per pc
yard's practice. Also, floating and relinking dock once for special arrangement of bilge
blocks including dock hire for time spend in dock preparation.
・ Remove and refit of keel blocks
・ Remove and refit of side blocks

GA-2 Mooring and unmooring


1) To moor and unmoor vessel with assistance of yard's tugs and riggers if necessary. time
・ Tuggage and mooring - for berthing on arrival

・ Tuggage and unmooring - unberthing for dry docking time


・ Tuggage and mooring - berthed after undocking time
・ Tuggage and unmooring - unberthed for sailing time
2) Pilot for arrival / depature and docking / undocking time
3) The necessary service of launch to be arranged and provided to send our superintendent time
and others to anchorage as required.

Note:
Tug, pilot, line handler for unmooring and mooring, gangway for berth shift from berth to
other berth to be required by the yard's circumstances, the cost of such works shall be
borne by the yard.

GA-3 Wharfage
The vessel is to be safety berthed at a suitable repair quay for theduration of the overhaul
period not occupied by the drydocking.
To provide safe and ready access to the vessel and to allow stores and bunker barges free
access on the outboard side.
This repair berth is to be adequate provided with crane,power and water services.

1) Gangways on/off set/time

Note:
Floating crane, barge, etc. to be required instead of shore crane and crane on floating
dock service by yard's circumstances, the cost of such works shall be borne by the yard.

GA-4 Draining and filling of ballast water


1) Allow for draining our ballast water and refilling prior to the vessels undocking. Ballast ton 13,000
water to be drained out only if requested by owner's representative.

Note:
Removal of any bottom plugs, shall be recorded and withnessed by Chif Officer or Master.
No plugs are to be removed from tanks containing fuel oil or lubricating oil unless
specifically required and this is to be carefully checked and recorded.
After refitting the plugs must be sealed by cement.
Packing and cement supplied by yard, and above cost b) includes cement application and
packing.

GB Safety and fire prevention administration


GB-1 Fire precaution
1) To be arranged fire hoses to vessel at location on deck an inside engine room. pc
2) Fire hose connection and disconnection line/time
3) Fireman to be patrol entire vessel during repair period in your yard. day

GB-2 Yard's gas free inspection.


To provide gas detection service for vessel as necessary, and issue certificates daily.

GB-3 Security watchman


1) Provide round the clock security watchman in accommodation area through out the repair man/day
period.
GB-4 Alleyway protection covering
1) The floor is to be temporary covering with cardboard paper, vinyl or other suitable m2
materials.

GB-5 Temporary lighting
Yard to be provide cables with lights to all spaces as needed during the repair period.

2) Lighting connection and disconnection set/time
Note:
All temporary lighting in way of repair areas shall be charged to each individual repair
item.
All temporary wiring and lights used by contractors workmen are for contractors account
and shoud be included in each item where relevant.

GB-6 Ventilation
Yard's to be provided ventilation fans for gas freeing and/or air supply for tanks and or when
oxygen contents too low, and when owner's representative required to other works also. To
note that all temporary ventilation in way of repairs shall be charged to each individual repair
item.
1) Charge per day for each unit set/day
(Power consumption shall be included in item c)

2) Allow five(5) fans units (with connection hoses or cables) being used during the entire set/day
repair period.

Note:
Yard repair manager of safety officer shall informed owner's representative daily how
many ventilation fans are use and in where compartment durng daily meeting from 0900
am time every day.

GC Shore power and cooling water


GC-1 Shore power supply
1) To supply above electrical power to vessels shore connection board while undergoing kw 50,000
repairs in your yard.
KW counter should be recored with crew on start and end time.

GD-4 Final cleaning


1) Final cleaning for yard's labor worked area time

boat deck and etc., tanks, and enclosed areas on completion of all works as required.

2) Engine room cleaning time


To furnish labor for cleaning tank top after finish engine room works, collect residues by
yard works, clean up tank top with chemical, soap, rags or suitable materials for make
good appearance.

GD-5 Measuring records


1) Measuring records to be furnished to ship and owner. set

GD-6 Heating lamp for motor or machineries


To be provide heating lamp for make low insulation of motor or machineries by dry up
moisture, if reqired by owner's representative.

Hull anodes,echo sounder transducers, speed log and propeller to be sealed with fiber lump sum
tapes or suitable material during the entire painting period and to be removed after
completion of hull painting.

Note:
All change anodes must be completed and anodes suitably covered and protected before
painting commences. Cleaning of anodes over coated with paint will be to yard's account.

Note:
No painting is to be performed when condensation is present or when the steel is wet or
when relative humidity is above 85%. Steel temperature should always be at least 4
degrees celsius above the dew point, failing which, painting work should stop.

decided by owner's representative. Removal of poorly applied paint or paint applied during
adverse weather condition will be put on yard's account.
