    conduct of a sexual nature, which makes a person feel offended, humiliated and/or intimidated.
    This act can take in smallest forms to most disturbing forms, such as inappropriate comments or
    catcalling, unwelcomed touching gesture or unwanted physical contact, rape, sexual assault,
    and any obvious or indirect, intentional or unintentional acts of verbal, nonverbal, or physical
    aggression and intimidation which possibly leads to sexual actions. At this day and age, it is
