    Memorandum of Sponsor on ROAD TO SEA GAME Project

    This memorandum is created between Lao ESports Federation on behalf of the


    authorized president JONATHAN SIRISACKDA to sign, the office is located at
    Nongsanokham Village, Sikhottabong District, Vientiane Capital, and the next part of this
    agreement will be called “Party A”
    And on behalf of the authorized president of …………………………………………
    To sign, the office is located at ………………….. Village ………………… District,
    Vientiane Capital and the next part of this agreement will be called “Party B”.

    The two parties agree to cooperate in support ROAD TO SEA GAME 2019
    project in activities, competitions, gatherings and attends SEA GAME of Lao National
    ESports athletes. Therefore, the contract has the following details:

    Article 1: Attachments
    The two parties agree to be part of the contract as part of this agreement:
    1.1.1 Proposal for support of Party A
    1.1.2 Activities and Project plans of ROAD TO SEA GAME 2019
    1.1.3 Details of response of other supports from Party B
    Article 2: Duration of Collaboration
    This memorandum sets the period from the date of signature from August 1,
    2019 - December 25, 2019, for a period of 5 months. The joint drafting of this
    memorandum is consistent with this document throughout its support (If there is a
    change, both parties will need to make a note to attach it.)
    Article 3: Rights and Benefits
    ⮚ Benefits which “Party A” will receive from “Party B”:
    1. “Party B” offers cash amount 200.000 Baht ( two hundred thousand baht )
    to support travel, accommodation and food expenses to 6 coaches of Lao
    National Team DotA 2 which grants to a representative of Lao ESports
    Federation, Mr Phongpasarn KHOUNSAMNAN to make a payment
    according to the federation documents at the cost of the ticket and
    accommodation for the Lao National Team DotA 2.
    ( All installments are due before September 10, 2019 )

    ⮚ Benefits which Party B will receive from Party A:


    1. “Party A” has been tasked with providing information, plans, and activities
    from 2019 - 2020 to "Party B" to further develop its marketing strategy.
    2. “Party A” is responsible for engaging and advertising “Party B” in all
    activities on the Road to SEA Game program until the end of the contract.
    3. “Party A” is responsible for promoting the media and public relations
    through various media and social media, both image and video (ad
    interim) to “Party B”.
    4. “Party A” shall present the results and commendations to the Government
    to formally recognize and administer the Certificates.
    Article 4: On the cancellation and amendment of the transcript of the memorandum

    1. The parties shall commence the work of the agreement from the date of signing,
    and shall fulfil this agreement.
    2. In the event that any of the following occurs with either party, be regarded as the
    contrast partner breaks the contract and a partner who has not broken a contract
    may cancel the contract:
    1. Either party discloses confidential information of the other party, for
    example: transactional information, marketing, and the contract details.
    2. A contractual party does not comply with any contract, clause or clause.

    The agreement was made in two versions with all the correct text. Both parties
    read and understood the text in this agreement as evidence so that the signatures were
    sealed as well as the witnesses and the parties kept each other informed.
