That I, JESSALYN PASAYLOON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and presently residing at Cable Way, Macamot, Binangonan, Rizalm do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT ANGELITA FULGARINAS, of legal age, Filipino and with residence and postal address at Cable Way, Macamot, Binangonan, Rizal, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-factm for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit;
1. To represent me at any Government or Private institutions, including at the
Honorable Court in connection with my Petition for Recognition of Foreign Judgment and Cancellation of Entry of Marriage in the Civil Registry, Case No. 19- 002 Regional Trial Court Branch 67, Binangonan, Rizal to Complaint ATTY. EDITHA PIO, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence at 1472 Rizal St., Cardona, Rizal, for being the Counsel of the said Petitioner from the Petition for Recognition of Foreign Judgment and Cancellation of Entryof Marriage and to carry bout all the matters in regards to the said above complaint; 2. To negotiate, transact, file, submit, process and follow-up any and all matters necessary to carry out the above mentioned complaint; 3. To sign, execute and deliver all necessary act and deed that may be required by any person or institution and to perform the above mentioned mandate;
