    AREAS OF CONSIDERATION
    a.) STRENGHT

    The strength of the Leasdille and Simmons Ltd is that their sunglasses is known for its
    quality product with its own label and they are able to supply in the wide range supermarkets.

    b.) WEAKNESSES

    The quality control Leasdille and Simmons Ltd currently have leads to wasteful
    production and re-working strategy of the company that results to poor quality, sub-standard
    and defect products.
    c.) OPPORTUNITY
    Leasdille and Simmons Ltd have the opportunity to be widely known by partnering with
    large supermarkets specially with Tesco.
    d.) THREATS
    Leasdille and Simmons Ltd many competitors in the market. And Tesco not renewing
    their contract.

     Efficiency is increased as well as the product quality


     The company will have chance to produce quality goods reducing error.

    DISADVANTAGES

     New equipment will come but the employees will need time to adjust and it will cost
    time.
