HYDRAULIC AND CIRCULATING OILS
ENKLO
Special Features:
ENKLO oils designed for use in circulating systems are made from high viscosity index, chemically stable
base stocks which are further fortified with antioxidants, anticorrosion, antiwear and antifoam additives.
They meet the requirements of very high pressure systems also of systems where high pump speeds are
encountered.
ENKLO grades possess the following characteristics:
Right viscosity to satisfy the demands of the hydraulic pump and the designed system.
High viscosity index to restrict viscosity changes under operating conditions
Good film strength and antiwear properties to Minimise wear of pumps, valves,
Cylinders, pistons etc
Maximum demulsibility to allow entrained water to settle down.
Excellent corrosion resistance to prevent rusting and corrosion of metal parts.
Resistance to foaming to ensure prompt and efficient functioning.
High chemical stability to ensure long and trouble free service life.
Specifications:
IS:10522-1983(Reaffirmed 1993), (Grades 32 to 150) Higher viscosity grades are not covered in Indian
Standards (IS) but are fortified with same amount of antiwear to give the best protection IPSS 1-09-022,
USS 127 and passes Vickers Vane Pump Test.
Application Area:
ENKLO grades are suitable for use in circulating system, hydraulic system, enclosed
gear boxes, chain drives, compressors, vacuum pumps, mining machinery, machine
tools, etc.

carefully selected additives. ENKLO HLP grades offer outstanding anti-wear properties, excellent oxidation
stability and a high FZG rating.

Approvals:
ENKLO HLP 68 grade is approved by ELGI EQUIPMENTS LTD. For use in their screw compressors, ENKLO
HLP 32 is approved by VOITH INDIA for use in hydraulic couplings and by L&T MCNEIL LTD, Chennai for
injection moulding machinery.
Application Area:
Used in hydraulic systems, enclosed gear boxes, chain drives, compressors, vacuum pumps, mining
machinery, machine tools, circulating oiling systems etc., wherein oil is recirculated and used for extensive
periods. Specially recommended for sophisticated high performance electro-hydraulic or numerically
controlled systems.

carefully selected additives. ENKLO HLP T AH grades offer outstanding anti-wear properties, excellent
oxidation stability and a high FZG rating. The product is zinc free & ash free.

Application Area:
controlled systems. It is also recommended as a control fluid for certain governor systems where silver/
cadmium coated surfaces calls for fluids which are zinc free. It is also used in hydraulic systems in
aluminium processing/ rolling where zinc based hydraulic oils can form surface stains. It is recommended
for all applications where strict environment concerns restrict use of products containing zinc & other
metals.
