    NARRATIVE REPORT
    August 23,2019

    The GPTA Assembly meeting was called to order at exactly 1:30 in the afternoo.It started with
    the singing the Philippine National Anthem and a prayer given by Mrs Celia D. Sanchez. It was
    attended by the parents and guardians of the students, faculty members, Head Teachers wherein
    Mr. Joselito S. Malamanig (Head Teacher III-Filipino) gave the opening remarks.

    First on the agenda was to extend the appreciation of our school Principal Madam Mary Finela
    M. Bayan to all the parents for their presence in the meeting and to continue supporting the
    school.

    Next on the agenda was the issues on promotion, dropping and awards for students. Wearing of
    uniform, ID, haircut, wearing earrings, using cellular phone in class, hair color and wearing a
    complete PE Uniform, new schedule was then be discussed which makes parents happy.

    Moreover, requirements for SPICT, STE, TLE specialization, TVL for senior high school was
    also talk over. FPTA projects for the school year and miscellaneous fee was clearly discussed.

    After the discussion proper, Mr. Joselito S. Malamanig reminded the parents about the Induction
    of Officers on August 30, 2019,,The upcoming Educational Tour and above all, on behalf of the
    school, Mr. Malamanig encourage support and help of parents in making the school ore safe and
    conducive to learning.

    The meeting was then ended ensuring that all the matters that have been tackled and agreed was
    fully understand and was hoping for the positive outcomes.

    November 12,2019

    The GPTA Assembly meeting was called to order at exactly 1:30 in the afternoo.It was started
    with the singing of Pilipinas kong Mahal conducted by Ms Dianne Mary G. Daga and a prayer
    given by Mrs. Bernarda Agustin It was attended by the parents and or guardians of the students,
    faculty members, Head Teachers wherein Mrs. Maria Cristina A. Canlas (Head Teacher III-
    T.L.E.) gave the opening remarks.

    First on the agenda was to extend the appreciation of our school Principal Madam Mary Finela
    M. Bayan to all the parents for their presence in the meeting and to continue supporting the
    school, she also enumerated some of the schools achievements and improvement both in
    academics and physical.

    Next on the agenda was the concern of parents for their children wherein she held an open
    forum. asked the help of parents to settle their miscellaneous fee, athletics and GPTA whereby
    the first part of the program ended.

    Moreover, in the second part of the meeting, parents went to every classroom for the awarding,
    distribution of card and agenda for the incoming school activities like: backyard camping, search
    for Mr. and Ms. ERLHS, bingo bonanza, Christmas Festival, Christmas break, provincial meet
    and division contest and other matters.

    The meeting was then ended ensuring that all the content that have been tackled and agreed was
    fully understand and was hoping for the positive outcomes.

    The GPTA Assembly meeting was started at exactly 1:30 in the afternoon.It was energetically
    began by Ms Mary Cristine Villa, Master of ceremony in the said program. The singing of
    Pilipinas kong Mahal followed by a prayer was also performed solemnly.It was attended by the
    parents and or guardians of the students, faculty members, Head Teachers and of course our
    beloved principal .

    First on the agenda was to extend the appreciation of our school Principal Madam Mary Finela
    M. Bayan to all the parents for their presence in the meeting and for their continuous support in
    the school.she also enumerated some of the schools achievements and improvement both in
    academics and physical.

    Next on the agenda was a bit of graduation, recognition and moving up ceremony whereby She
    thoroughly invited everybody for the incoming 54th founding anniversary of the school.

    Moreover, parents are then proceeded to every classroom for a short meeting, awarding and
    distribution of card.

    The meeting was then ended ensuring that all the content that have been tackled and agreed was
    fully understand and was hoping for the positive outcomes.
