*  Note:  There  are  also  Structural  Analysis  or  Antecedent  analysis  in  which  only  the  antecedents  are  systematically
manipulated  but  not  the  consequences.

Descriptive  Assessment  is  a  way  to  discover  the  functional  relationship  between  behavior  and  the  environment!
Descriptive  Analysis  is  a  way  of  determining  of  conditional  probabilities  by  recording  the  number  of  antecedents,  behaviors
and  consequences  that  occur  together.

*note:  Dr.  Mace  as  well  as  other  in  the  field  and  literature  may  use  the  term  “descriptive  analysis”  instead  of  “descriptive
assessment”.    However,  in  most  instances  they  are  referring  to  Descriptive  Assessments  (determining  the  fx  relationship).
